At Max and Lily, we want you to love your new home furniture; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into the original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of each box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
